What the platform did
Internationalization.App (formerly ConnActUP.de) served as the central hub for the University of Potsdam's global engagement. This web-based, GDPR-compatible platform provided a dynamic and comprehensive database for the university community. It facilitated the systematic sharing and exchange of information regarding the university's international collaborations.
The application showcased this data through various filterable and interactive maps, charts, pivot tables, and data tables, all updated in real time and available in numerous combinations. For the first time, this tool offered a complete view of all international activities at the University of Potsdam, including collaborative projects and exchange agreements for students and faculty.
This network was an invaluable resource, offering unique insights that supported data-driven decision-making processes and strategies — advancing the University of Potsdam's role in international cooperation.
